The slide dimmer on these clocks is terrific and dims the display to nearly zero so that it is still readable in the dark yet doesn't cast out into the room,i have to admit that the large led helps those among us whose arms are getting a bit short as well,the alarm on / off button could be a little larger or relocated so that it can be indexed easier when half-asleep ; it's on the back of the clock right next to a similarly sized and placed clock set button,even if the wrong button is pressed by accident it would not change either the clock or alarm time

This clock is truly silent,i had purchased what were advertised as quiet clocks in the past,always returned because they would still have a very quiet ticking sound,i am a student so I spend a lot of time studying in a quiet room,i needed a silent clock to not distract me and this is it,the clock keeps good time,the numbers are clear and easy to read,the design on the hands make the clock look more expensive than it is,the second hand movement is smooth and best of all it keeps the correct time,it is a plastic clock,we are happy with our purchase

It is definitely bright enough for them not to be scared in a dark room at night (replaces their closet light that we used to have on,) the large numbers make it easy for them both to see the time without fighting over which bed the clock is facing,they also are enjoying the additional feature that you can press either the hour or minute button to turn off the alarm sound and it will still be set to ring again the next morning at the same time

This is a good clock,what I don't like : you can dim the led ring only when it's illuminated with the white light,any other color seems to be full strength and way too bright to sleep,you're better off with your phone and alarm apps if you're looking for something more `` natural'',the main display is either on full bright but you can dim it,option dims the display just a tiny bit,it's way too bright at night

I really love this clock.my boxer walter ate my last alarm clock.and I was itching to get as new one.this clock is light.takes up very little room on night stand.and even if your not real tech.savey.you can still get this thing started really easy.love the colored lights sound is good.only thing so far not so good.the sound of the ocean waves not realistic

Keeps accurate time and alarm functions flawlessly,the brightness bar takes the display from very bright to near invisible though at the lowest setting the brightness of the individual numbers varies so some are brighter than the others,at that setting it is still dim enough not to bother me at night,the clock itself is lightweight

This is a perfectly designed led alarm clock and very simple to set/use,to make it easier to `` feel'' the alarm-off button on the back of the clock,it's easier to shut the alarm off by touch than to have to actually turn the clock around and look for the button (although the current button actually can be felt -- I just prefer it more tactile)

This is a great digital alarm clock with large easy to read numbers that's simple to use and easy to setup.i don't like clocks with a ton of functions,especially at night.this would be a great clock for kids,etc. but I was looking for something more basic because too many electronic components means more can possibly go wrong

You put your ear right on the clock you can hear a slight sound,i have very sensative hearing and my last clock was driving me crazy,i had a `` silent clock'' that was still noisy and a ticking clock that drove me mad,this clock however is invisible to my ears,it is also one of the best looking clocks I could find that were silent

I can't say as i'm a big fan of alarm clocks but if that's all you need without any fancy other features,the green led light shows up well in a dark room but isn't annoying and there's an on/off switch for the snooze button that serves as a night light if you should need one,good basic clock at a very reasonable price
